摘要:
为实现变压器油中溶解二氧化碳(CO2)实时监测,设计了基于可调谐半导体激光吸收光谱技术的变压器油中CO2监测装置,采用粒子群算法优化积分梳状滤波降低现场噪声对二次谐波的影响,滤波后信噪比由7.86dB提升至18.33dB,采用背景扣除技术去除怀特池吹扫过程中引入的空气中CO2成分,实现了自动取样、脱气、测量以及回油功能。在气相标定实验中,优化后的二次谐波峰谷值与浓度的拟合线性度达0.999 5,具备良好的线性关系;在油样测试中,装置的检测下限与误差满足国网A级要求,可为变压器油中溶解气体分析提供准确的CO2值。
Abstract:
In order to achieve real-time monitoring of dissolved carbon dioxide (CO2) in transformer oil, a CO2 monitoring device based on tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy technology was designed. The device uses cascaded integral-comb filtering to reduce the impact of on-site noise on the second harmonic, and background subtraction technology to remove CO2 components introduced in the air during the blowing process of the White pool, achieving automatic sampling, degassing, measurement, and oil return functions. In the gas phase calibration experiment, the fitting linearity between the peak and valley values of the second harmonic and the concentration reached 0.9995, indicating a good linear relationship; In oil sample testing, the detection lower limit and error of the device meet the A-level requirements of the State Grid, and can provide accurate CO2 values for dissolved gas analysis in transformer oil.
