摘要:
介绍了一种高精度智能化的超低功耗流量变送器。该流量变送器以MSP430F449单片机为核心,采用两线制仪表的电路设计方法,完成温度、压力和差压3路信号的模拟隔离和采集,依据流量计算模型得到流量值,并且将瞬时流量转换成4~20 mA的标准信号输出,并能够兼容HART通讯协议。该变送器具有低功耗、高精度、智能化和抗干扰强的特点,测试结果表明,设计的变送器的测量精度达1‰,在高精度流量测量变送领域具有广阔的应用前景。
Abstract:
A kind of low-power and high accuracy flow transmitter is introduced. The two wire system design method is used to simplify the wiring and reduce the cost, MSP430 is used as the core of the system, signals of temperature,pressure and differential pressure are isolated in the analog way and gathered, the flow value is figured out according the given model and changed into a signal of 4~20 mA current to transmit, the HART protocal is realized in the output current loop to enhance the intelligent of the transmitter, the result shows that the transmitter can reach the precision of 1‰,the transmitter can be used widely in the area of high accuracy flow measurement.
