摘要:
高炉热风炉是整个高炉炼铁工艺流程中能源消耗的关键环节。该文对高炉热风炉机理模型进行分析处理,基于机理模型,应用子空间辨识的方法分别对高炉热风炉烧炉阶段和送风阶段工业过程进行辨识,得到系统两个工作阶段下的状态空间模型,并进行了仿真实验分析。结果表明了所提出的热风炉状态空间模型的有效性。
Abstract:
Blast furnace hot blast stove is the key link of the energy consumption in the blast furnace ironmaking process. Analyzing and processing mechanism model of hot blast stove. Using subspace identification method to identify the industrial processes of on-gas cycle and on-blast cycle of hot blast stove respectively based on its mechanism model. Then the state space model of the two industrial processes is get. The importance of identification method is illustrated and the identification result of hot blast stove is analyzed. The feasibility of the proposed model is presented at the same time.
