设计了基于GMA的液压高速开关阀,针对所设计的高速开关阀进行了静动态特性研究,建立其数学模型,通过数字仿真表明新型高速开关阀的开关时间为1.7 ms和1.9 ms,空载流量达20 L/min以上,并且分析了各参数对高速开关阀的性能影响,得出等效质量越大,阀芯开启上升时间越快,阀芯位移波动想象越严重;黏性阻尼越大,阀芯开启时间越慢,但阀芯位移波动现象越小;线圈参数对高速开关阀的开关时间影响很大,相同电阻时线圈时间常数越小,则阀芯开关时间越短,反之则越慢。
Abstract:
This paper designs the hydraulic high-speed switching valve based on GMA. This paper conducts study on the static and dynamic characteristics of the designed high-speed on-off valve, develops mathematical model. The switching time of the new-type high-speed on-off valve is 1.7ms and 1.9ms through digital simulation, no-load flow is above 20l/min, and analyzes parameters influence on the performance of high-speed on-off valve. It concludes that greater equivalent mass makes the valve core open faster, the valve core displacement has?obvious?fluctuation. Greater viscous damping makes the valve core open slower, but the valve core displacement has?no obvious?fluctuation. Coil parameters have great influence on the switching time of the high-speed on-off valve. Under the same resistance, smaller time constant makes the valve core switches a shorter time, larger time constant makes the valve core switches a longer time.
