摘要:
研究伺服运动日常控制模式中最常用的点动、固定步长、扫描3种模式,并总结其规律性。同时运用LabVIEW这种先进的测控软件实现对运动的监控。控制模块简化了控制设计流程,同时还实现了远程网络多轴运动控制。多个项目的移植测试结果表明,该文分析和建立的3种独立的伺服运动模块可以在单轴运动控制中采用,也可以在多轴运动控制系统中采用。而基于LabVIEW软件的可视化界面能够运用VI动态调用的方式,提供给其他VI设计。
Abstract:
In research of the most common 3 control modes of the servo movement:Crawl、Fixed step、Scanning.Summarizing its regularity.`At the same time,using the advanced measurement and control software such as LabVIEW to realize the monitoring of the movement.The control module simplifies the control design process,and realizes the multi axis motion control through remote network.The test results for multiple projects indicated: this three independent servo motor modules which are analyzed and established in this paper ,can be used in single axis motion control,also can be used in multi axis motion control system.The visual interface based on LabVIEW can be used in the way of dynamic invocation of VI,and other VI design.
