摘要:
无人机配电控制器的主要作用是依据设备的用电要求,对电源系统产生的电能进行合理分配和控制,是无人机配电系统的核心设备。该文发明了一种无人机电气系统配电新结构,集成主、应急汇流条,实现关键用电设备的双余度配电、飞控计算机的不间断供电,简化了机载配电网络,提高了供电可靠性;采用电磁继电器与固态继电器混合配电方式。平台设备采用电磁继电器常闭触点配电,提高了设备供电可靠性,火工品和任务设备采用固态继电器配电,解决了电磁继电器触点烧蚀粘接的问题,保障无人机回收安全。
Abstract:
The main function of the UAV power distribution controller is to distribute and control the electric power generated by power supply system according to the power requirements of the electrical equipment. The controller is the core equipment of UAV power distribution system. In this paper a new power distribution system of UAV is developed, into which main and emergency bus are integrated, so dual redundancy distribution of key equipment and uninterrupted power supply of flight control computer are realized, the airborne distribution network is simplified and the reliability of power supply is improved. For this system mixed power distribution mode of electromagnetic relay and solid state relay are used. Use of closed contact of electromagnetic relay distribute for platform equipments improves the reliability of equipment power supply, and use of solid state relay distribute for pyrotechnics and task equipments solves the contact ablation problem of electromagnetic relay to ensure the safety of UAV recovery.
