摘要:
为实现基础雷管装填生产线完全人机隔离作业,该文以某雷管厂的基础雷管自动装填生产线控制系统工程项目为背景,阐述了基础雷管生产工艺流程和控制原理,设计了控制系统的硬件组成方案,采用西门子组态软件WinCC和Step7 V5.5软件,开发了基础雷管自动装填生产线控制系统。该系统具有安全联锁、药剂自动回收、自动补药、药高自动在线检测、废品剔除、产品自动收集等功能,提高了生产线的安全性、减轻了劳动强度。
Abstract:
In order to fundamental detonator filling production line can realize man-machine isolation work absolutely.This article use the detonator automatic filling production line control system engineering projects of a factory as the background,expounding the fundamental detonator production process, designed the control principle,completed the hardware of the control system scheme. Focus on adopting Siemens configuration software WinCC and the Step7 V5.5 develope infrastructure detonator automatic filling production line control system interface and PLC program. The system has functions such as automatic safety interlock, reagents automatic recovery,automatic tonic, the height of medicine online automatic detection, scrap out the reject, product collection Improved the security of the production line and reduced the labor intensity.
