摘要:
介绍了基于S7-300 PLC和WinCC的机油冷却器检测控制系统。该系统利用西门子S7-300 PLC作为主控元件,完成高智能化逻辑计算和控制任务。使用WinCC组态软件制作检测系统的监控画面,可以设定系统参数和显示运行情况等。整套系统完成了对机油冷却器重量、高度、平面度、泄漏率的检测,产品打标,扫码校验,分拣回收和数据管理等,具有检测频率快、精度高、自动化程度高、模块化设计、集成度高的优点。现场实际检测运行证明,该系统设计正确可靠。
Abstract:
Describes the detecting system of oil cooler based on S7-300 PLC and WinCC, which completes the logic calculation and control task of high intelligence. Siemens S7-300 PLC is adopted in the system as the main monitoring element. The monitoring screen is formed by WinCC configuration software.The parameters of system may be settled and the operation may be displayed.The system facilitates the detection of weight,height,flatness, leakage rate of oil cooler, product marking ,scan code verification, sorting recycle, data management and so on.It has advantages of high frequency,high precision,high automation,modular design and high integration.The site tests show that the design of the system is correct and reliable.
