摘要:
针对热量表耐久性问题,设计了一套基于M-BUS总线的自动检测及质量分析平台。通过对试验过程进行实时监测、数据采集及分析、故障预警及处理,实现了“基本耐久性试验(2400 h)”及“4000次冷热冲击试验”的实时控制和耐久性质量分析。为解决耐久性试验周期长导致的诸多弊端,研发了一套热量表非正常点实时在线监测及诊断系统,具有报警、全生命周期检测过程数据记录、原因分析及反馈补偿等功能,实时跟踪、诊断被检表的动态信息。
Abstract:
In view of the problem of durability test of heat meter, an automatic detection and quality analysis platform based on M-BUS is designed. Through the functions of real-time monitoring, data acquisition and analysis, fault early warning and processing, the platform can realize the real-time control and durability quality analysis of some durability tests, such as "Basic Durability Test (2400 h)" and "4000 times thermal shock test ". In order to solve the problems of manual monitoring because of the long-time span of the durability test, a real-time online monitoring and diagnosis system is developed for heat meter operation state evaluation. The functions of alarm mechanism, all life-time monitoring data record, reason analysis and compensation measures are realized to real-time tracking and diagnosis on the dynamic information of heat meters.
