摘要:
该文对压缩机喘振现象及其预防方法做了充分地阐述,对不同方法的优缺点进行了比较。结合发电机组实际情况,提出适用于该机组煤气压缩机的防喘振方法,并对系统的主要设备选型和功能做了简要介绍。在此基础上,进一步引出了煤气压缩机防喘振系统的结构和控制原理、计算方法、开闭环控制功能等,重点对PROTRONIC 500控制器中的裕度计算和响应线漂移功能做了详细说明。对该系统实际使用中存在的问题和改进的措施做了简要说明。
Abstract:
The surge of compressor and methods of antisurge are expatiated. The advantages and disadvantages are compared between these two methods. Considering the actual status of power plant, the antisurge method for gas compressor is raised. The models and functions of mostly important equipments are introduced simply. Based on this, the structure, control elements, calculation methods, open-loop and close-loop control functions of the antisurge system for gas compressor are educed. The calculational methods and response line shifting function in PROTRONIC 500 is explained in detail. The problem and amelioration of this system is explained simply.
