摘要:
消防车用取力器是一种驱动消防泵、消防云梯、抢险救援随车吊等消防装置的齿轮装置;粉末冶金温压斜齿轮制造成本低,既具有优异的力学性能,又具有良好的耐磨、耐高温和耐蚀性;该文将粉末冶金齿轮应用于取力器,分析了影响传动效率的因素,进行了传动效率试验,证明粉末冶金齿轮传动效率高,使用寿命长,制造成本低,具有广阔的应用前景。
Abstract:
gear device driving fire pump, fire ladder, rescue truck crane and other fire fighting,fire tanker power take off is now widely used in various types of fire vehicle.Powder metallurgy helical gear has low manufacturing cost,excellent mechanical properties,good wear resistance,high temperature and corrosion resistance.In this article the powder metallurgy helical gear is applied on power take off and the finite element method is used on analysis of the characteristic of the transmission gear.The transmission efficiency experiment has been done to prove that powder metallurgy gear transmission has high efficiency,long service life, low manufacturing cost and can enhance the power transmission capability.
