摘要:
物位是工业生产中的一个重要工艺参数,它既反映了物料平衡,也是保证安全生产的关键要素。超声波物位计采用非接触式测量,利用超声波在气体、液体或固体中的衰减、穿透能力和声阻抗不同的性质来测量介质的物位,应用领域十分广泛。该文以某垃圾焚烧项目中的仪表为例,详细阐述和研究了超声波物位计的特点、选型和安装时的注意事项,以便在今后工作中更加灵活的应用。
Abstract:
Levelis one of the important parameters in industrial production, it not only reflects the material balance, but also is the key factor to ensure the safety of production. Ultrasonic level meter is a non-contact level meter, ultrasonic attenuation in gas, liquid or solid, penetrating ability and acoustic impedance of different properties measurement of medium level, wide range of application areas. This paper takes a waste incineration project in the instrument as an example. The characteristics, selection and installation of ultrasonic level meter are described and studied in detail, so that we can apply it more flexibly in the future.
