摘要:
天然气在长输管道的输送过程中由于各种原因会造成压力损失,而为了提高输送流量必须要求增压输送,这就要求管线上每隔一段距离设置一个压气站为天然气增压,一般情况下会为每个压气站配套2台或2台以上并联运行的离心压缩机,这就涉及到多台机组并联运行时机组负荷的控制问题:怎样依据负荷变化,实现压缩机平稳自动并网(加载)、切除(卸载、包括故障机组的卸载);怎样调节并联运行机组的负荷,实现总管压力稳定,提高机组群的整体运行效率。为了便于阐述,该文以2台压缩机并联运行为例进行说明,提出一种基于等距原理的负荷分配控制,以解决上
Abstract:
In the process of natural gas pipeline transportation,There are lots of reasons may cause the pressure loss,in order to improve the transport flow and pressure, it requires the pipeline set a compressor station for gas pressurization at intervals, normally supporting 2 sets of compressor or more than 2 parallel the operation for each booster station, the problem is how to according to the load change, to realize automatic compressor stable grid(load), resection(unloading, including fault unloading) of the unit;how to adjust the load of the parallel operating unit to achieve the stable pressure of the general pipe and improve the overall operating efficiency of the unit group. In order to make it easy to explain, this paper takes two compressor parallel operation as an example to illustrate, and puts forward a load distribution method based on equidistance principle, so as to solve the two core problems mentioned above.
