摘要:
以美国国家仪器公司的嵌入式开发平台myRIO1900为核心控制器,该文介绍基于Arduino Mega2560的MegaPi主控板通信实现对电机的驱动,以LabVIEW,NI Vision机器视觉库和Visual Studio Code作为软件开发平台,构建了智能搬运车。搬运车通过摄像头采集必要的图像,在myRIO1900中识别货架上的二维码和货物的颜色,实现了货物存取位置的自动判断。车载巡线传感器、超声传感器保证了车辆的稳定行驶。实际测试表明,搬运车实现了预期功能,可为工业过程自动化设计、智能工厂和创新教学提供新的思路。
Abstract:
Based on the embedded development hardware of National Instrument corporation, myRIO 1900, which communicates with the MegaPi controller board based on Arduino Mega2560, to drive encoder motors on the carrier vehicle, design a machine vision carrier vehicle. Develop the system by LabVIEW and Visual Studio Code software platform. To realize goods automatic transportation, the carrier vehicle acquisiting necessary image through a camera, identities QR code on storage racks and color of goods. Grayscale sensor and ultrasonic distance measuring sensor ensure the carrier vehicle travel stability. The actual test shows that the vehicle achieves the expected function and can provide new ideas for industrial process automation design, intelligent factory and innovative teaching.
