摘要:
在火力发电机组中,实发功率的变化通常是通过调节主蒸汽调节阀的开度来改变主蒸汽流量实现的。然而,主蒸汽调节阀往往存在非线性特性,对功率控制回路的性能产生不利影响。该文提出建立主蒸汽调节阀的特性模型,有利于获得阀门真实特性,以及方便为功率控制过程提供逆补偿。在顺阀和单阀方式下对阀门进行实验,提出自动搜索方法对样本数据进行线性区间划分,基于每个区间数据建立线性模型,采用最小二乘算法辨识模型参数,并为下一步迭代更新线性区间提供指导,线性区间和模型辨识交替进行直到达到模型拟合要求。实例分析表明,该方法能够准确地估计阀门流量特性,具有较强实用性。
Abstract:
For thermal power generating units, it is generally to regulate the opening degree of the main steam regulating valves to change the actual power.However,there always exist obvious nonlinear characteristics for the valves,which has adverse effect on the control performance.It is necessary to build the model of the characteristics of the main steam valves, which is conducive to obtain the real characteristics and offer the inverse compensation for the power control.The experiments are conducted in pattern of sequence valve and single valve.An automatic searching method is proposed to divide numbers of linear intervals for the samples.One linear model is built for each linear interval,and the least square algorithm is used for identifying the model parameters.The intervals are iteratively updated with the new model parameters till the fitting precision of the models.The industrial case confirms that the proposed modeling method could estimate the characteristics of the main steam regulating valve accurately and is feasible for practical use.
