摘要:
针对通信铁塔塔靴拼装、焊接的工艺特点,研发了铁塔塔靴自动焊接系统。焊接设备通过取板机械手与变位机相互配合完成板料精确拼装,通过取板机械手、变位机、焊接机器人的联合作业,实现塔靴自动焊接,现场试用情况表明该自动焊接系统可自动拼装焊接多种型号的塔靴,且焊接效率高、焊接质量好。
Abstract:
In view of the process features of communication tower boots’ assembly and welding, this thesis develops the automatic welding system for iron tower boots. The loading robotic hand and the positioner cooperate with each other through which this welding equipment accomplishes sheet metal assembly. This welding equipment realizes automatic welding of the tower boots through the combination process of loading robotic hand, the positioner and welding robot. It was indicated that this automatic welding system can assemble and weld various kinds of tower boots automatically by field trial. Moreover, it achieves higher efficiency and better quality compared with traditional manual operation.
