摘要:
该文以化工厂自动打料控制系统为载体,设计了一套基于WinCC组态软件的车间自动打料上位机实时监测与控制系统,并介绍了西门子WinCC组态软件的特点。详细阐述了系统组成、功能以及WinCC组态软件在该系统中的应用,结合下位机PLC,实现车间2个原料罐的卸车,以及将2个原料罐中的物料输送到9个计量罐中。西门子S7-300 PLC担任主控单元,通过调节各个阀门的开关顺序及阀门开度,来控制多种原料打料重量、液位高度等。利用上位机软件WinCC可以在PC端进行实时监测和控制,同时可以将反应中监测到的数据自动存入SQL Server 2005数据库,用C#编写数据库查询软件,在WinCC中生成可实时查询的电子报表,并可随时导出打印。
Abstract:
In this paper,a real-time monitoring and control system based on WinCC configuration software for workshop automatic feeding upper computer is designed,and the characteristics of Siemens WinCC configuration software are introduced.The composition and function of the system and the application of WinCC configuration software in the automatic feeding control system are described in detail.Combined with the lower computer PLC,the unloading of two raw material tanks in the workshop is realized,and the materials in two raw material tanks are transported to nine metering tanks.Siemens S7-300 PLC acts as the main control unit.By adjusting the sequence of valve switches and valve opening,it can control the weight of various raw materials and the height of liquid level.WinCC software can be used to monitor and control real-time on PC.At the same time, the data monitored in response can be automatically stored in the SQL Server 2005 database.The database query software is written with C# to generate real-time query electronic reports in WinCC, and can be exported and printed at any time.
