摘要:
随着物联网技术的高速发展,传统工业控制设备对于设备智能化要求越来越高。该文针对以PLC为控制核心的传统工业控制系统,设计了基于上位机组态软件与云应用的远程监控系统,无需额外硬件,实现了移动端、云端与现场设备的数据交互,可以通过微信小程序远程监控现场设备并通过云应用进行短信报警。该系统满足了移动端监控的智能化需求,成本低,提高了原系统的交互性和可靠性,并可移植于同类设备,应用前景广阔。
Abstract:
With the rapid development of the Internet of Things technology, traditional industrial control equipment has increasingly higher requirements for equipment inte lligence.Aiming at the traditional industrial control system with PLC as the control core,this paper designs a remote monitoring system based on the configuration software of the host computer and cloud applications.The system without additional hardware realizes the data interaction between the mobile terminal,the cloud and field devices. It can remotely monitor field devices through WeChat mini-programs and send SMS alerts through cloud applications.This system meets the intelligent requirements of mobile terminal monitoring,has low cost,improves the interactivity and reliability of the original system,and can be transplanted to similar devices with broad application prospects.
