摘要:
该文主要以钢铁行业高炉配套的拨风装置的工艺要求为出发点,结合Profinet网络环形拓扑架构的通信特性,进行了分析研究;阐述了多套S7-400H冗余控制系统之间的数据通信思路,并采用西门子系统PCS7应用平台,进行系统配置、通讯数据读取的组态、编程的方法。
Abstract:
The process requirements of blast furnace in iron and steel industry and the communication characteristics of Profinet network ring topology are studied. This paper describes the idea of data communication between multiple S7-400H redundant control systems, and Siemens PCS7 platform to configure the system configuration and the configuration method of communication data reading.
