摘要:
用于高雷诺数流体测量的电磁流量计,其传感器测量电极的表面粗糙度将会对电极附近的流场产生影响。根据电磁流量传感器的权重函数理论可知,电极附近流场的变化将极大的影响电磁流量计的测量信号,导致测量结果产生误差。该文提出了一种使电磁流量传感器测量电极的表面粗糙度不影响流场的方法,首先应用CFD方法分析了测量电极粗糙度对流场的影响,然后用权重函数理论分析了测量误差产生的原因,提出了对电磁流量传感器的结构改造方案,最后通过流场仿真验证了改造方案的可行性。结果表明,该文提出的方法可以很好的解决测量电极表面粗糙度造成的测量误差问题。
Abstract:
In the electromagnetic flowmeter used for measuring high Reynolds number fluid, the surface roughness of the electrode measured by the sensor will have an impact on the flow field near the electrode. According to the weight function theory of the electromagnetic flow sensor, the change of the flow field near the electrode will greatly affect the measurement signal of the electromagnetic flowmeter, and lead to errors in the measurement results. In this paper, a method is proposed to make the surface roughness of the measuring electrode of electromagnetic flow sensor not affect the flow field. Firstly, the influence of the measuring electrode roughness on the flow field is analyzed by CFD method, and then the reason of measurement error is analyzed by weight function theory. Finally, the structural modification scheme of electromagnetic flow sensor is proposed. Finally, the feasibility of the modification scheme is verified by flow field simulation. The results show that the method proposed in this paper can solve the problem of measurement error caused by measuring electrode surface roughness.
