摘要:
为了检测型材钢的重量,同时解决人工操作劳动强度大、易产生误差的问题,该文设计了输送带型材自动称重管理系统。选用梅特勒-托利多称重仪表进行型材的自动称重,采用OMRON PLC作为检测型材到位和显示称重信息的控制器。上位机通过RS232C串口通信接收称重仪表信息,判断型材重量合格与否,使用Host Link协议与PLC通信,控制PLC实时显示型材超重、欠重或合格三种状态之一。上位机程序基于Visual Basic编写,称重数据存到SQL Server数据库中,以便后期的查询和追溯。目前,该系统已稳定运行于青岛钢厂中。
Abstract:
In order to detect the weight of profile steel, and solve the problem of manual operation with high labor intensity and easy error, an automatic weighing management system for the profile of conveyor belt was designed. Mettler Toledo weighing instrument is used for automatic weighing of profiles. OMRON PLC is used as the controller to detect profiles in place and display weighing information. The upper computer receives the weighing instrument information through RS232C serial communication, determines whether the weight of the profile is qualified or not, communicates with THE PLC using the Host Link protocol, and controls the PLC to display one of the three states of the profile being overweight, underweight or qualified in real time. The upper computer program is written based on Visual Basic, and the weight data is stored in the SQL Server database for later query and tracing. At present, the system has been running stably in Qingdao steel plant.
