摘要:
随着先进控制技术在智能制造领域的广泛运用,在自动化生产等现场应用领域对距离测量的精度要求逐渐升高。为实现对距离的动态监测与预警,该文设计了一种高精度智能测距装置。该设计将AT89C51作为控制核心,辅以超声波测距模块电路、距离预警模块电路、装置状态显示模块电路、预警距离设置模块电路和测试距离显示模块电路,能够实现距离的实时动态监测和超距预警。经实际测试发现,该高精度智能测距装置在(0 m,253 m)超大范围内的测距相对误差小于0.5%。因此,该高精度智能测距装置具有测距响应特性好、测量精度高与成本低廉等优点,可将其广泛应用于智能制造、建筑自动测量等领域中。
Abstract:
As the advanced control technology is extensively used in the field of intelligent manufacturing, the accuracy requirements for distance measurement in field applications such as automated production are gradually increasing. In order to realize the dynamic monitoring and early warning of the distance, a high-precision intelligent ranging device is designed. The design uses AT89C51 as the control core, supplemented by ultrasonic ranging module circuit, distance warning module circuit, device status display module circuit, warning distance setting module circuit and test distance display module circuit, which can realize real-time dynamic monitoring of distance and over-distance warning. After actual testing, it is found that the high-precision intelligent ranging device has a ranging error of less than 0.5% in a large range of (0m, 253m). Therefore, the high-precision intelligent ranging device has the advantages of good ranging response characteristics, high measurement accuracy and low cost, and can be widely used in the realization of distance measurement in fields such as intelligent manufacturing.
