摘要:
由于人工导地线压接存在成效低、质量差问题,设计基于智能全自动技术的接续管导地线自动压接装置。该装置由单片机、上位机控制界面、电动推杆、红外传感器、压力变送器等装置组成,工作人员利用上位机监控界面设置导地线压接相关参数,使用X射线数字成像技术测量导地线压接尺寸,尺寸符合设定参数条件,通过单片机内PID控制算法控制步进电机推动压钳移动,完成导地线自动压接,引入射线检测方法检测压接完成后导地线质量。实验结果表明:该导地线自动压接装置测量导地线压接尺寸与实际测量尺寸平均偏差仅为0.06 mm,说明其测量结果准确;压接成功率均超过95%。以上实验结果验证了所设计装置的压接装置稳定性与可靠性较高,质量检测效果好。
Abstract:
Due to the problems of low efficiency and poor quality in the manual ground wire crimping, an automatic crimping device based on intelligent automatic technology is designed for the connecting pipe ground wire. The device is controlled by MCU and PC interface, the device such as electric putter, infrared sensors, pressure transmitter, staff use PC setup guide ground pressure monitoring interface related parameters, X-ray digital imaging technology is used to measure the conductivity of ground pressure size, size conform to the conditions set parameters, through single chip microcomputer control stepping motor PID control algorithm in pushing pressure pliers, complete guide ground automatic crimping, introduction of ray detection method after the completion of the pressure to guide the quality of the ground. The experimental results show that the average deviation between the measured size of the ground conductor and the actual size is only 0.06mm, which indicates that the measurement results are accurate. The success rate of pressing was more than 95%. The above experimental results verify that the stability and reliability of the designed device are high, and the quality detection effect is good.
