摘要:
针对空分装置控制系统在运行中存在硬件老化、软件功能不够完善等问题,以金川公司动力厂20 000 Nm3/h空分装置和2×22 500 Nm3/h空分装置集散控制系统升级优化项目为案例,分别对横河电机CS 3000DCS 控制系统的软件版本升级、硬件配套升级以及空分装置压缩机组的控制方案优化进行了详细的介绍,对于空分装置控制系统升级优化具有一定的借鉴意义。
Abstract:
In view of the aging of hardware and the imperfect function of software in the operation of the control system of the air separation plant, taking the upgradade and optimization project of distributed control system(DCS) of air separation device in Power Plant of Jinchuan Group Co., Ltd. as a case. Respectively, the software version upgrade and hardware matching of the CS 3000 DCS control system of Yokogawa Electric Co., Ltd, as well as the optimization of the control scheme for the air separation plant compressor unit are introduced in detail, which has certain reference significance for the upgrade and optimization of the air separation plant control system.
