摘要:
针对卷烟厂空调系统传感器故障检测方法检测精度低的问题,提出基于关联规则算法的传感器故障实时检测方法。根据空调系统的运行原理,建立卷烟厂空调系统工作模型,在该模型下,确定传感器的类型、安装位置以及运行原理。从偏差、漂移、精度下降以及完全失效四个方面,分析传感器的故障类型及其特征。利用关联规则算法,实时采集传感器运行数据,通过与故障量化特征对比,得出空调系统传感器故障检测的实时输出结果。实验结果表明,设计故障检测方法的检测误差得到有效控制,且错检率和漏检率降低了约14.8%和11.5%,提高了检测精度。
Abstract:
For the low detection accuracy of cigarette factory, a real-time fault detection method based on correlation rule algorithm is proposed. According to the operation principle of air conditioning system, the working model of air conditioning system of cigarette factory is established, under which the type, installation position and operation principle of sensors are determined. The type of failure and characteristics of the sensor are analyzed from four aspects of deviation, drift, precision accuracy and complete failure. Using the correlation rule algorithm, the sensor operation data is collected in real time, and obtains the real-time output results of the air conditioning system sensor fault detection by comparing with the fault quantitative characteristics. The experimental results show that the detection error of the design fault detection method is effectively controlled, and the error detection rate and leak detection rate decreased by about 14.8% and 11.5%, improving the detection accuracy.
