摘要:
为了智慧化分析火电厂耗差变化,优化火电厂机组运行态势,设计基于分类规则挖掘算法的火电厂智慧化耗差分析系统。从数据单元的MIS与DAS数据库中,获取的火电厂能耗实时数据,利用OPC(过程控制对象链接与嵌入)技术,将数据传送到采集容错模块中进行容错处理,经数据提取与处理模块完成数据提取与处理后,传输到业务单元的机组性能计算模块中,利用增量式遗传算法的分类规则挖掘火电厂能耗数据,经SMOTE算法缺失数据填补后,将数据输入到耗差分析数据库服务器中进行耗差分析,通过TCP/IP协议将耗差分析结果传输至应用单元浏览器,呈现火电厂智慧化耗差分析结果显示。实验表明,该系统可快速挖掘火电厂能耗数据,分析不同工况下的火电厂各月份能耗与耗差,并可通过界面实时监测火电厂耗差变化情况,优化火电厂机组运行。
Abstract:
In order to intelligently analyze the change of thermal power plant consumption difference and optimize the operation situation of thermal power plant units, an intelligent thermal power plant consumption difference analysis system based on classification rule mining algorithm is designed. The real-time energy consumption data of thermal power plant obtained from the MIS and Das database of the data unit is transmitted to the acquisition fault-tolerant module for fault-tolerant processing by using OPC (process control object linking and embedding) technology. After the data extraction and processing module completes the data extraction and processing, it is transmitted to the unit performance calculation module of the business unit, The classification rules of incremental genetic algorithm are used to mine the energy consumption data of thermal power plant. After filling the missing data of smote algorithm, the data is input into the consumption difference analysis database server for consumption difference analysis. The consumption difference analysis results are transmitted to the application unit browser through TCP / IP protocol to present the intelligent consumption difference analysis results of thermal power plant. Experiments show that the system can quickly mine the energy consumption data of thermal power plants; The monthly energy consumption and consumption difference of thermal power plant under different working conditions are analyzed, and the change of consumption difference of thermal power plant can be monitored in real time through the interface to optimize the unit operation of thermal power plant.
