摘要:
目前,洗煤厂进行煤炭的大小颗粒分拣使用的是筛分机带动筛板振动的方式,因此振动筛板的掉落将会严重影响洗煤效率,目前洗煤厂主要采用人工巡检方式检查振动筛板是否掉落,这种巡检方式易出现漏检、报错等问题,巡检人员劳动强度较大,无法实时监测振动筛板的工况,针对以上情况,该文融合智能传感器技术、LoRa无线通讯技术、大型数据库开发技术等先进技术研制出“洗煤厂振动筛板工况监测系统”,系统通过无线智能传感器模块采集振动筛板的振动信号,振动筛板故障诊断专家子系统通过对振动信号分析进行故障诊断,实现了对振动筛板工况的实时监控。
Abstract:
At present, the size of the coal washery of coal particles sorting using the sieving machine to drive the sieve plate vibration way, therefore, sieve plate drops will seriously affect the efficiency of coal washing, coal preparation plants at present mainly adopts manual checking way check whether sieve plate drops, this checking way easy to leak, the problem such as error, inspection personnel to the intensity of labor is larger, It is impossible to monitor the working condition of vibrating screen board in real time. In view of the above situation, this paper integrates intelligent sensor technology, LoRa wireless communication technology, large database development technology and other advanced technologies to develop the "coal washing plant vibrating screen board working condition monitoring system". The system collects vibration signals of vibrating screen board through wireless intelligent sensor module. The fault diagnosis expert subsystem of vibrating screen plate realizes the real-time monitoring of the working condition of vibrating screen plate by analyzing the vibration signal.
