气压检定箱是对无气路接口的气压测量仪器进行量值溯源的设备,目前尚无相关检定规程或校准规范,无法用统一的标准衡量其技术性能。该文采用数字式气压计、秒表和数字温度计作为标准和配套设备,提出了一种气压检定箱的校准方法。该方法通过在气压检定箱的压力控制范围下限和上限进行压力控制偏差、压力波动度及漏气率的测试,实现对气压检定箱的校准。按照该方法开展校准试验,并运用GUM法评定了校准结果的不确定度。对4种型号气压检定箱进行了校准测试,结果证明了该校准方法的可行性和合理性。
Abstract:
The calibration equipment for barometers is the instrument for value traceability of air pressure measuring instruments without air nozzle. There is no relevant verification regulation or calibration specification at the present and the performance cannot be balanced with a uniform standard. A calibration method of calibration equipment for barometers is proposed by using digital barometer, stopwatch and digital thermometer as standard and supporting instruments in this paper. The method realizes the calibration of calibration equipment for barometers by testing the pressure control deviation, pressure fluctuation and leak rate at the lower and upper limits of the pressure control range. The calibration test is carried out according to this method, and the uncertainty of calibration results is evaluated by GUM. The feasibility and rationality of the calibration method are verified through the calibration of four types of calibration equipment for barometers.
