摘要:
针对分布式锅炉供热系统相对于运营中心具有位置分散、距离远、网络情况参差不齐的现状,因地制宜、利用有线无线技术相结合的方式、优化网络结构,设计了基于VPN的一种优化的数据采集、传输、监控系统。通过现场数据采集系统、信息传输系统及监控平台的详细设计,实现了对分布式锅炉系统现场各子系统的整合、数据采集、传输,实现了对分布式锅炉供热系统的远程集中监控、现场无人值守,提升了整个系统的自动化水平,提高了运营人员的管理效率。
Abstract:
in view of the current situation that the distributed boiler heating system has scattered location, long distance and uneven network conditions compared with the operation center, an optimized data acquisition, transmission and monitoring system based on VPN is designed by combining wired and wireless technology and optimizing the network structure according to local conditions. Through the detailed design of field data acquisition system, information transmission system and monitoring platform ,it realizes the integration, data collection and transmission of the field subsystems of the distributed boiler system, and realizes the remote centralized monitoring of the distributed boiler heating system and the unattended on site. It improves the automation level of the whole system and the management efficiency of operators.
