摘要:
针对压力表用铜接头在红冲前对金属坯料的加热温度不易控制,导致质量不稳定、能耗高、产品废品率高、工人体能消耗较大等缺陷,该文设计出一种新型红外激光瞄准型测温装置。该装置采用了线性化温度传感器的高指标激光瞄准型单波段红外测温技术,利用带真实测量区域指示的激光环进行瞄准的方法,通过与自动上料机、开式固定台压力机相结合的方式完成整个设备的调控,试验表明红外激光瞄准型测温装置在压力表接头加热生产中对原有温度场及坯件无任何影响,人机界面友好,操作使用方便,安全性能好,具有实际应用价值。
Abstract:
Abstract: In view of the defects of unstable quality, high energy consumption, high product scrap rate, and large human energy consumption caused by the difficulty in controlling the heating temperature of the metal blank by the copper joint used for the pressure gauge before red stamping, a new infrared laser aiming temperature measuring device is designed in this paper. The device adopts the high index laser aiming single-band infrared temperature measurement technology of the linear temperature sensor, uses the laser ring with the real measurement area indication to carry out the aiming method, and completes the control of the entire equipment by combining with the automatic feeding machine and the open-type fixed table press. The test shows that the infrared laser aiming temperature measurement device has no effect on the original temperature field and blank during the heating production of the pressure gauge joint, The man-machine interface is friendly, the operation is convenient, the safety performance is good, and it has practical application value.
