分体式标准孔板流量计在流量计量领域应用广泛,其在溯源时通常参考JJG 640-2016《差压式流量计》进行检定校准,此规程中规定的溯源方法有几何检测法、系数检测法和示值误差检测法,其中几何检测法主要针对差压式流量计中标准孔板本身的几何参数;系数检测法主要的测定。分体式标准孔板流量计由一次装置和二次装置以相互独立的形式组成,故现行的三种检测方法均不能完全适用于分体式标准孔板流量计的检定或校准。该文在日常工作实践与分体式标准孔板流量计的特点基础上,进行了适用于分体式标准孔板流量计的校准方法研究,形成以单项校准与成套校准相结合校准方法,该校准方法更符合分体式标准孔板流量计的使用与结构特点,保障分体式标准孔板流量计的准确溯源。
Abstract:
The split type standard orifice flowmeter is widely used in the field of flow measurement. When conducting its metrological traceability, it is usually calibrated with reference to JJG 640-2016 "Differential Pressure Flowmeter". The tracing methods specified in this regulation include geometric detection method, coefficient detection method, and indication error detection method, among which the geometric detection method mainly targets the geometric parameters of the standard orifice plate itself in differential pressure flow meters; The coefficient detection method mainly targets the throttling device of differential pressure flow meters; The indication error detection method is mainly aimed at measuring the indication error of integrated differential pressure flow meters. The split type standard orifice flowmeter consists of a primary device and a secondary device in an independent form, so the current three detection methods cannot be fully applicable to the verification or calibration of the split type standard orifice flowmeter. On the basis of daily work practice and the characteristics of split standard orifice flow meters, this article conducts research on calibration methods suitable for split standard orifice flow meters, forming a calibration method that combines single calibration and complete calibration. This calibration method is more in line with the use and structural characteristics of split standard orifice flow meters, ensuring accurate traceability of split standard orifice flow meters.
