摘要:
随着全球经济的飞速发展以及能源危机进一步加深,人们对新材料的研究和开发也在加快脚步。以磷酸铁电池等可再生材料电池已经成为现在新材料主要原材料之一,而回转窑作为磷酸铁工序中重要的设备,能否对其进行精准有效的控制,直接影响成品磷酸铁是否达到品质要求。该文以燃气式焙烧回转窑仪表控制系统为例,基于PLC控制系统,对仪表控制系统的硬件设计及软件设计进行阐述,利用控制端实现数据的可视化,从而有效提高仪表控制系统的运行效率和准确度。
Abstract:
With the rapid development of the global economy and the further deepening of the Energy crisis, the research and development of new materials are also accelerating. Renewable materials such as Iron phosphate batteries have become one of the main raw materials for new materials. As an important equipment in the Iron phosphate process, whether the Rotary kiln can be accurately and effectively controlled will directly affect whether the finished Iron phosphate meets the quality requirements. This paper takes the instrument control system of gas fired baking Rotary kiln as an example, based on the PLC control system, describes the hardware design and software design of the instrument control system, and uses the control terminal to realize data visualization so as to effectively improve the operating efficiency and accuracy of the instrument control system.
