摘要:
汽轮机作为化工领域的关键设备,其转速值的准确测量对机组乃至整个工艺设备的正常运行具有重要意义。该文以某流程工业大型机组中的汽轮机为研究对象,介绍了一种基于西门子高速计数模块FM350-1的汽轮机转速测量的方法。本方法采用磁阻式转速传感器和西门子高速计数模块FM350-1相结合的方式来进行汽轮机转速的测量,并基于动态测量周期内接收到的脉冲总数和编码器的单位脉冲数,计算出汽轮机的转速值。经实际项目验证:该测量方法能够实现精确测量汽轮机转速值的功能,可在工程项目中推广应用。
Abstract:
As a key equipment in the chemical industry, the accurate measurement of steam turbine speed is of great significance for the normal operation of the unit and even the entire process equipment. This article takes the steam turbine in a large-scale unit of a certain process industry as the research object and introduces a method for measuring the speed of the steam turbine based on the Siemens high-speed counting module FM350-1. This method uses a combination of magnetoresistive speed sensors and Siemens high-speed counting module FM350-1 to measure the turbine speed, and calculates the turbine speed value based on the total number of pulses received during the dynamic measurement cycle and the unit pulse number of the encoder. After practical project verification, this measurement method can achieve the function of accurately measuring the speed value of steam turbines, and can be promoted and applied in engineering projects.
