摘要:
开关磁阻电机调速系统是由开关磁阻电机、功率变换器、控制装置、角位移传感器和驱动电路五部分安装在一起的一种新型机电一体化调速装置,它的效率在很宽的调速范围内可大于87%,电机结构十分独特,转子上无绕组或永磁体定子为集中绕组,其绕组安装容易,端部短而牢固,比传统的直流电动机。同步电动机和异步电动机都简单,制造和维修十分方便。同时,开关磁阻电机控制方便,可以四象限运行,具有结构简单、体积小、质量轻、工作可靠、控制方便的优点,其性能和经济指标优于普通的异步电动机调速系统。
Abstract:
Switched reluctance motor speed control system is composed of switched reluctance motor. The power converter. The control device. Angular displacement sensor with five parts installed in the drive circuit of a new type of electromechanical integration control device, its efficiency in a wide range of speed regulation can be greater than 87%, the motor structure is unique, there is no winding of the rotor or stator permanent magnet as the concentrated winding, easy to install, its winding end short and strong,than the system of dc motor.Synchronous motor and induction motor are simple, manufacture and maintenance is very convenient. At the same time, the switched reluctance motor control convenient, can run for four quadrant, has a simple structure. Small size. Light quality. Reliable work. Easy to control, the advantages of its performance and economic indicators is superior to the ordinary asynchronous motor speed control system.
