特殊用途压力表所用关键零件弹簧管的一致性问题一直困扰着我公司SF6密度控制器的生产。该文将称重法引入弹簧管生产中,从根本上解决了一致性的问题,同时降低了对管坯壁厚较为苛刻的采购技术要求,从而提高了弹簧管制造效率和产品合格率。

Consistency problem of bourdon tube’s always disturbs the quality of SF6 gas density monitor.The article mainly introduces the weighing method to producing bourdon tube,which can solve consistency problem and reduces demands of strict tube thickness.The technology improves bourdon tube’s productive efficiency .
