摘要:传统钻井过程中钻杆输送多以钢丝绳拖拽的方式为主,效率低、劳动强度高、安全隐患大。因此,设计了一套基于PLC的远程无线遥控自动钻杆输送设备,使用定制的工业无线遥控与PLC控制器通过基于RS-485的MODBUS-RTU通信协议连接,使用PLC编程软件编译相应的通讯程序,从而实现300米内的数据远距离无线传输。另外设计了辅助的触摸屏控制,通过触摸屏设计相应的HMI人机界面,PLC与触摸屏基于TCP/IP通讯协议实现连接。两种控制模式可随意切换,该系统自动化程度较高、运行稳定、操控简便,减小了工人劳动强度,提高了钻杆运输的整体效率。
Abstract:
In the traditional drilling process, drill pipe transportation is mainly carried by wire rope dragging, it is low efficiency, high labor intensity and great safety risks. Therefore, a set of remote wireless remote control automatic drilling pipe conveying equipment based on PLC is designed. Through modbus-RTU communication protocol based on RS-485, the customized industrial wireless remote control and PLC controller communication is realized. The corresponding communication program is compiled by PLC programming software, so as to realize the long-distance wireless transmission of data within 300 meters. In addition, the auxiliary touch screen control is designed, and the corresponding HMI interface is designed through the touch screen. The PLC and touch screen are connected based on TCP/IP protocol. The two control modes can be switched at will. The system is highly automated, stable, easy to operate, low working intensity and improves the overall efficiency of pipe transportation.
