摘要:
针对炼油厂油品储运过程中离心泵起动切换频繁、能耗过大、设备损坏严重等问题,提出了采用PLC变频调速控制系统,实现了“一带多”的控制方案。变频运行的机泵的工作电压随泵出口压力的减小而减小;在同等压力下,变频运行的机泵比工频运行的机泵所需要的功率小,单位能耗也小。设计的系统在实际运行中取得了很好的节能效果。
Abstract:
For centrifugal pump starter switch frequently during the process of refinery oil storage and transportation, energy consumption is too large, the equipment was badly damaged, frequency control of motor speed control system is presented in this paper, and through the PLC control frequency converter, realized the "area" of the control scheme. Of variable frequency pump running machine, the working voltage decreases with the decrease of the pump outlet pressure, under the same pressure, the ratio of variable frequency pump running machine power frequency operation of pump and the required power is small, the unit energy consumption is small, in the actual operation has achieved good energy saving effect.
