摘要:
目前我国矿山行业中输送系统自动化程度不高,存在可靠性差、操作复杂、故障率高、电能浪费大、效率低等缺点。该文提出了一套以PLC为控制中心的煤矿输送自动控制系统,实现了煤矿输送系统的中央自动控制、机上自动控制及人工控制3种控制方式,并给出了系统的硬件系统方案及其部分PLC程序设计。
Abstract:
At present many of the automation degree of colliery conveyer system is not high, in order to strengthen the system of integrated automation system, this article puts forward a set of PLC control system, realizes three control schemes, central automatic control, machine automatic control, and manual control, introduces the hardware system and software system.
