摘要:
提出了一种高速电子平扣眼锁眼缝纫机运动控制卡的实现方案,该方案具有通用性好,软件易于修改升级,调试方便等特点。DSP完成电机位置和速度的实时控制;FPGA完成精插补算法、加减速控制等功能。突破了以往的控制系统中实时、高速、高精度、多轴同步控制的技术瓶颈。样机测试结果表明,该系统整体性能良好。
Abstract:
A approach of the designing computer-controlled, high-speed, lockstitch buttonholing machine motion control card is presented. This approach has been proved to have several features of good adaptability, easiness of software modification or update and convenience for debugging. The realtime control which position and speed control was completed by the DSP. The algorithm of interpolation, acceleration & deceleration speed control were completed by the FPGA. Broke the previous control system in real time, high speed, high precision, multi-axis synchronous control technology bottleneck. The sample card shows good performance during debugging and testing processes.
