摘要:
提出了一种新的计算机控制高精度、宽范围的调速系统,采用直接数字控制实现了快速实时调速。系统采用软件和硬件结合的控制方案,给出了系统原理框图和控制流程图,解决了快速响应与控制精度之间的矛盾。经测试,对于一个宽度范围为200~8 000 r/min的调速系统而言,调速精度能够控制在±10 r/min以内,满足了晶片处理系统的工艺要求。
Abstract:
this paper proposes a new kind of method that computer controls speed regulating system of high precision and wide range, known as rapid real-time system of the direct digital control. The system uses a combined control scheme of software and hardware and gives the principle diagram of the system and the control flow chart and solves the contradiction between the rapid response and the control precision. Practice has proved that the speed control precision can control within plus or minus ±10 r/min for the speed regulating system of the range of the width of 200~8 000 r/min and meet the technological requirements of processing system of chip.
