摘要:
介绍了奶站采用热泵系统回收牛奶冷却时排放的冷凝热,并用其加热清洗用水的工作原理。通过分析奶站热泵系统各部分以及热泵机组各部件的内在关系,根据质量守恒、能量守恒定律,建立整个系统的动态数学模型,并以 Matlab/simulink为平台用模块化建模方法编制数值模拟程序进行系统动态模拟。模拟结果得知该系统能在规定的时间内将牛奶的温度从35 ℃降到保鲜所要求的温度,并能将一定量的水从18 ℃加热到53 ℃。
Abstract:
This paper described the working principle that heat of condensation is recycled at milk station by heat pump system when milk is cooling, which will be used to heat washing water. By studying on each unit of hot pump system and the internal relations of each unit, set up a dynamic mathematical model for the complete system according to law of conservation of mass and energy conservation law. Based on Matlab/Simulink platform, establish numerical simulation program by using modular modeling method to carry out system dynamic simulation. The results of simulation indicated that milk can be cooled down from 35℃ to the required temperature within specified time, meanwhile, a certain amount of water can be heated from 18℃ to 53℃.
