摘要:
针对某玻璃公司真空玻璃涂胶工作站改造项目的需求,对原有操作台进行机械和电气改造。利用光纤传感器和电磁传感器采集位置信号,西门子S7-200系列PLC采集和处理数据,通过安川∑-V系列SGDV伺服驱动单元对伺服电机进行速度控制,实现四边直线涂胶系统的全自动控制。系统具有手动和自动涂胶控制功能,位置检测、伺服报警和保护等功能。
Abstract:
According to the renovation requirement of a vacuum glass glue workstation for a glass company, the transform of platform includes mechanical and electrical. Fiber-optic sensor and electromagnetic sensor gather information about position, SIMATIC S7-200 PLC monitors inputs and makes decisions based on its program, a SGDV servo drive unit of the series of Yasukawa ∑-V is used to control the speed of servo motor, and achieve the automatic control procession in four-lined gluing. This characterization system has high automatic gluing, position detection, servo alarm and defensives.
