摘要:
介绍一种基于单片机和科大讯飞TTS语音模块的语音播报系统,可用于扩展S7-200 PLC的语音播报功能。该文对PLC与单片机之间的串行通信方式,以及单片机语音播报系统的控制方式等进行了较详细的介绍,并开发了一种基于S7-200PLC实际应用环境的语音播报系统。文中详细地给出了系统硬件设计方案及主要软件流程图,可供同类装置的设计及应用提供借鉴。
Abstract:
Introduce of a voice broadcast system based on SCM and IFLYTEK TTS voice module, which could be used to extend the S7-200 PLC voice broadcast feature. In this paper, detailed descriptions about the serial communication between PLC with SCM, and the control method of SCM voice broadcast system were presented. A voice broadcast system based on S7-200PLC actual application was developed. The system’s hardware scheme and software flow chart were also given. Thus, it could provide reference for the design and application of similar measuring device.
