摘要:
针对玻璃数控钻孔过程中钻头定位精度低,孔的加工质量差,将交流伺服驱动、步进驱动、交流变频等技术应用于玻璃钻孔设备中,提出基于组态王和PLC的玻璃立式数控钻孔设备的控制系统。对玻璃立式数控钻孔设备的结构和工艺流程进行了介绍,研究了以上位工控机和2台PLC为核心的控制系统结构,给出了伺服驱动位置控制方法和步进驱动钻头进给控制方法,并完成上位机监控软件的开发;解决了孔的定位精度和钻孔的质量问题,提高了加工精度和设备可靠性。
Abstract:
Aiming at the problems of low positioning precision and poor drilling quality in the process of NC glass drilling, the AC servo driving, stepper driving and AC frequency conversion techniques were applied in glass drilling equipments, a vertical glass drilling control system based on KingView software and PLC was proposed. The equipment’s structure and its process flow were introduced; the control system which included upper IPC and two PLC devices has been researched and the development of upper monitoring software has been completed. The problem of low positioning precision and poor drilling quality was solved, the process accuracy and reliability has been greatly improved.
