在线自动平衡技术被公认为是解决旋转机械转子不平衡故障的最佳方案,而不平衡振动相位的识别精度是影响在线自动平衡技术平衡速度和精度的一项关键技术。为了寻求一种精确的相位提取方法,该文分别介绍了互功率法、跟踪滤波法和全相位FFT法,且基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器平台,分别编写了3种算法的仿真程序,并最终定量对比了3种算法在整周期和非整周期两种不同采集工况下的相位提取精度。结果表明,在两种采集条件下,全相位FFT算法均具有较高的相位提取精度。
Abstract:
Online automatic balancing is considered as the best solution to solve the mass imbalance faults of rotating machinery, and the phase exaction accuracy of imbalance vibration is one of the key technologies to affect the balancing speed and accuracy of the balancing system. To find out an accurate phase exaction method, three methods, such as Cross-Power method, Tracking-Filter method and All-Phase FFT method, were introduced in this paper, and three simulation programs were respectively written for the three methods based on the LabVIEW platform. Under the whole cycle sampling and non-integer-period sampling conditions, the phase exaction accuracies of the three methods were compared quantitatively. The results demonstrate that the All-Phase FFT method has a higher phase exaction accuracy under two sampling conditions.
