摘要:
该文设计了一种以基于ARM CORTEX-A9四核架构的I.MX6Q芯片为核心处理器的远程数据采集终端。该设计集成了RS232接口、RS485总线接口、CAN总线接口、千兆以太网、WIFI模块、3G模块、7寸LCD触摸屏、HDMI高清接口、SD卡接口和USB接口等,可运行Linux3.0.35系统和QT应用程序。实际应用证明,该终端的数据采集和网络传输具有很的可靠性好、较高的速率和很好的人机交互性,在工业现场的数据采集与设备控制方面有广泛的应用前景。
Abstract:
In this paper, a remote data acquisition terminal with core processor containing I.MX6Q chip based on ARM CORTEX-A9 quad-core framework is designed. RS232 bus interface, RS485 bus interface, CAN bus interface, Gigabit Ethernet, WIFI module, 3G module, 7 inch LCD touch screen, HDMI, SD interface, USB interface and so on are integrated into this design, and Linux3.0.35 system and QT application can run. The practical application shows that this remote terminal has the advantage of high speed, high stability and perfect human-machine interaction for data acquisition and network transmission. It has a very wide range of application prospects in the field of industrial remote data acquisition and equipment control.
