摘要:
针对MACS集散控制系统,描述了集散控制系统现场控制站功能,给出了DCS系统I/O模块使用表。控制器组态包括变量定义和各种文件夹变量表中的变量。POU即程序组织单元(Program Organization Unit)是控制算法组态作为控制软件的核心部分。控制算法组态的过程是按照设计好的控制方案创建解决问题所需的一系列POU,在POU中编写相应的控制运算回路。文中设计了输入信号和输出信号处理程序。描述了单(双)闭环流量比值控制算法程序,实验验证了不同比值系数的流量显示的趋势曲线。
Abstract:
In view of the MACS distributed control system, describes the function of the distributed control system on the spot control station, and gives the I/O system DCS module using the table. It is explained that the controller configuration includes variable definition and variable table in various folders. Description POU that is the program organization unit is the control algorithm configuration as the core part of the control software. Control algorithm configuration process is designed to create a good control solution to create a series of problems to solve the problem of POU, in the preparation of the corresponding control algorithm POU. The input signal and the output signal processing program are designed. Describe the single (double) closed-loop flow ratio control algorithm. The flow display trend curve of different ratio coefficient is given.
