摘要:
科氏流量计测量管的冲刷磨损是一种非常普遍的现象,可影响流量计精度和使用寿命。为保证科氏流量计的正常工作,必须定期或在线检测测量管内是否存在磨损。目前科氏流量计测量管的磨损检测均采用离线方式,无法实时监测科氏流量计的工作状态。该文分析了磨损对科氏流量计密度测量的影响,提出了一种基于密度变化的科氏流量计测量管磨损在线检测方法,并利用ANSYS进行了仿真验证。仿真结果表明,该方法可以有效地实现对单直管科氏流量计测量管磨损的在线检测。
Abstract:
Coriolis flowmeter measurement tube erosion wear is a very common phenomenon, the accuracy and service life of the flowmeter can be affected.In order to ensure the Coriolis mass flowmeter to work properly, The wear in the measuring tube must be checked regularly. At present, Coriolis flowmeter measuring tube wear detection are used offline test mode, Coriolis flowmeter can not be monitored in real time.The influence of wear on density measurement of Coriolis flowmeter is analyzed in this paper, an on-line detection method for pipeline wear of Coriolis flowmeter based on Density Change is put forward, and the simulation is carried out by ANSYS. The simulation results show that this method can effectively realize the on-line detection of pipeline dirt of single straight pipe Coriolis flowmeter, which has certain practical value.
