摘要:
针对传统的抹灰砂浆搅拌站下料不准确、搅拌不均匀和无法进行数据统计的问题,设计开发了基于PLC的移动式抹灰砂浆搅拌站。在这个系统中,PLC通过PROFIBUS-DP通讯协议实现对下料电机的变频调速,采用模糊控制实现对下料过程的闭环控制,应用EB8000开发了触摸屏的上位操作画面,实现了对用料量的的统计、生成日报表等功能。在使用过程中,该搅拌站完全符合国家相关标准,而且操作简便、自动化程度高。
Abstract:
Focus on the situation that traditional plastering mortar mixing station can not achieve accurate feeding,mixing well and data statistics,a new mobil mixing station was designed based on PLC.In this system,feeding motor speed control was achieved by frequency conversion with communication protocol of PROFIBUS-DP,Fuzzy control theory was applied to realize closed loop control of feeding process. In addition,EB8000 software was used to develop touch screen operation screen.In the?supervisory?pictures, statistics of materials,daily report and other function all have been realized. Practice shows that this mixing station is easy to opreate,highly automation and fully in line with national standards.
