摘要:
循环冷却水系统是化工企业中一项常见且很重要的公用工程,但普遍存在运行效率低下、能耗居高不下等问题,该文简单介绍浙江巴陵恒逸已内酰胺有限责任公司循环水系统节能改造情况,以及所采用的改造技术—工业循环水系统节能优化运行技术(WECS),旨在能为行业内的类似系统节能提供参考。
Abstract:
Circulating cooling water system is a common but very import component of the utility system, but it has some issues like low efficiency and high energy consumption. This paper briefly describes some energy efficient retrofit taken in circulation cooling watersystem of Zhejiang Baling- Hengyi caprolactam Co.,ltd. The energy efficient retrofit bases on WECS which is circulation cooling water system energy conservation technology developed by Hangzhou ZETA Tech Co., Ltd.The aim is to provide a reference for similar systems in chemical industry.
